1. Returns

  • Items are returned in the original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details for faster resolution

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund
